It’s getting to be that time of year again, when we all shut down our HR departments, and head out for our annual pilgrimage north for the Minnesota Public Employer Labor Relations Association Summer Conference!  This year, our conference takes place at Cragun’s Resort in Brainerd from August 7-9.

It’s going to be another great year at the conference, and we want you there to take advantage of all the great learning and networking opportunities our conference provides.  Paid Family Medical Leave Updates, Artificial Intelligence and HR, and our always-popular Arbitrator Panel are just some of the presentations to which attendees will have access.

We know it’s a bit earlier than you’re used to receiving this, but we wanted you to be able to take advantage of the MPELRA early bird rates (for both virtual and in-person attendees) that end tomorrow.  While our conference hotel, Cragun’s, is booked up, there are plenty of lodging options in the Brainerd area if you would like to attend.
