He always advises clients with a practical, cost-benefit approach to each potential course of action.
“The practice of law is also always changing and keeping up-to-date with those changes so we can better serve clients is an important service we provide,” Greg said. As part of the firm’s desire to keep clients up-to-date on the latest legal happenings in the labor and employment law, the firm provides frequent updates to clients, and a weekly blog to keep followers apprised of the latest legal developments and cases.
Greg was awarded the national Pacesetter Award for innovation in labor law, and the Award of Excellence in Civil Law by the Public Law section of the Minnesota State Bar Association for demonstrating extraordinary leadership, initiative, and innovation in the performance of his duties in representing his clients. He is admitted to practice law in state courts in Minnesota and Illinois, and in numerous federal courts.
Outside of work, Greg’s interests are as diverse as his client base. He enjoys performing at and attending concerts, some marginal karaoke, following University of Minnesota sports with his boys (Go Gophers! and now Gamecocks!), and biking on all of the beautiful trails in the Twin Cities and other parts of the state of Minnesota. He has volunteered his time pro bono to make law enforcement and citizen interactions safer as the previous Executive Director and board member of the Institute for Lawful, Safe and Effective Policing (www.ilsep.org), an organization that he founded.
Greg looks forward to working with you or your organization so that you stay ahead of the curve in the ever-changing areas of employment, labor, and commercial law.
