Every year, as winter really starts to get cold and we hate being here, something comes along to bring all of us labor relations professionals across the state together the Minnesota Public Employer Labor Relations Association (MPELRA) conference!

A week from today, almost 200 management representatives from across the state will come together in Plymouth, Minnesota, either in person or online, for a day-long meeting to discuss all things labor relations (and really, really good desserts, including chocolate covered bacon).  Both Greg and Ben will be present for the festivities, with Ben presenting on the finer points of “just cause” in the morning.
